Adapun jenis-jenis bar yang ada diantaranya adalah portable bar,  swimming pool bar, dan bar lounge. Dalam hal ini penulis akan menjelaskan tentang bar yang selain menjual minuman disertai dengan makanan ringan dan bar tersebut diiringi dengan musik yang lembut. Bar jenis ini disebut dengan bar Lounge.

Restoran

Restoran merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang mempunyai peranan penting di setiap hotel, tempat ini berfungsi untuk menyelenggarakan acara makan siang (Lunch) dan makan malam (Dinner) dengan menyajikan macam-macam menu.

Banquet

Banquet merupakan bagian dari food & beverage departemen yang salah satu   fungsinya adalah menjual function room, menkoordinasi, sampai dengan melayani penyelenggaraan suatu acara, biasanya pelayanan banquet ini di peruntukan untuk tamu-tamu tertentu yang merupakan satu kelompok baik yang berskala kecil, menengah hingga besar.

Spa

Salah satu bagian dihotel yang berfungsi melayani kebutuhan kebugaran dan relaksasi bagi para tamu yang menginap dihotel.

Spa berasal dari bahasa latin dan diambil dari istilah santé per aqua yang artinya sehat melalui terapi air. Spa memiliki beberapa makna diantaranya solus per aqua yang berarti perawatan secara tradisional yang menggunakan air sebagai medianya.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping ialah bagian dari hotel yang bertanggung jawab atas kenyamanan, kebersihan dan kerapihan kamar tamu agar bisa di jual kembali. Menurut Rumekso, S.E ( 2001 : 223 )”House artinya rumah, gedung, wisma, hotel. Sedangkan “keeping mempunyai arti merawat, menjaga oleh sebab itu Housekeeping di sebut juga Tata Graha”.

Food and Beverage Department

Di dalam sebuah hotel terdapat beberapa departemen yang berperan penting dalam kelancaran operasional hotel tersebut. Salah satu departemen yang penting yang penting keberadaannya adalah Food and Beverage Department. Food and Beverage Department adalah salah satu bagian yang melayani dan mengolah makanan dan minum untuk tamu di dalam hotel.
